That would be very interesting, to see a show about the Imperial bureaucracy and dog eat dog environment. However I imagine it would be hard going without the Rebellion side to provide at least some spark of hopefulness in it. Even with it, Andor could be a hard watch.
I did like that the final arc focused on the juxtaposed arcs of Kleya and Dedra. For one I like that Kleya was fleshed out and also that Dedra ended up in (possibly) Cassian's prison. That said, what her presence, and that of Syril showed was the overconfident incompetence often at work within the Imperial ranks, and the difficulty in accomplishing anything given the overriding priorities in the system.
