I had to go back in and change my feelings about John Walker. On reflection when you add up a couple of the things he said or nodded at, he's got a lot of growing to do and some empathy to show. Like both Sam and Bucky have a complicated history with the government "owning" them and their gear, and he's gonna make jokes about it? Though the overarching MCU/military relationship is . . . complicated.
