Yeah this series is not one I am eager to revisit any time soon if I ever do. There a few moments I liked with one of them being seeing Walker getting his butt kicked for thinking he could take down the Dora Milaje and seeing the moment Bucky knew the words would never trigger Winter Soldier again.
As for him telling Yori and the purpose of that: well I have heard that sometimes not knowing is worse than knowing what happened to someone you loved. There have been many people in reality to say as much, and heck I even had a great aunt that lost her son in a boating accident and yeah she knew he was dead, but they never found his body so in a way it was like she knew but didn't you know? Believe me, she didn't get over losing him and I have heard other people whose loved ones just vanished say they'd rather know than not know what happened to them, even if they found out they were murdered.
You could tell it was torture for Yori not knowing. So yeah Bucky telling him did bring some sort of closure for him.
