I totally did not see it coming at all, lol! I bet if I got back and rewatch now I'll see lots of little hints.
Interestingly some people thought the purple glow on Ravonna meant Kang was coming to rescue her -- I thought it was just Alioth preparing to eat her? But if they wanted to dump Majors (PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE) and give us Ravonna as Kang, that could be a way to do it.
